Intake Policy

Due to the volume of inquiries, The Childress Law Office is not able to reply to general telephone inquiries regarding credit repair services. We have an “intake” process that must be followed before we can provide services, as follows:

Sidney Childress will provide a document review and phone consultation if you will forward copies of your credit reports and correspondence about the matter. To obtain a consultation, mail copies of your documents to The Childress Law Office, 5100 Indian School Road NE, Ste. 28, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Do NOT mail your originals or only copies. We ask for a $30 consultation fee, which is credited to the other fees charged if we are hired after a consultation.

We request that all payments, including the consultation fee, be forwarded either with your documents or via PAYPAL using our address: childresslaw@hotmail.com. PAYPAL is a well-known, easy-to-use internet banking technology that allows payment by credit card.

Provide your email address and/or phone number with your documentation and consultation fee and you will be contacted promptly after receipt. The main purpose of our intake process is that it identifies for us those customers who are serious about their business - an important characteristic if we are going to be able to help you.

Due to the volume of credit repair inquiries The Childress Law Office would receive without our intake policies, we are not able to provide credit repair services if our intake procedures are not followed.
